I bought the Microsoft Office Professional 2007 include Word, Excel and PowerPoint. It's very expensive.

I hope to release free ware such as Google Documents. However it is function poorly.

The author of "Rich Dad Poor Dad", Robert T. Kiyosaki produce a CASHFLOW 101 that it is to learn a investment.

Recently I played it for the first time. It is interesting. I think that this board game have a good points. It can change our thinking about a debt. Because, we go into debt for bear cash flow in this game. Japanese have a heavy debt for a mortgage. But we usually do not have a debt for investment. So I do not understand a difference good debt and bad debt. This game teach me that.

The 3 famous beautiful spots of Japan

There are known as the 3 famous beauty spots of Japan.

1. Matsushima, Miyagi Prefecture
2. Amano-Hashidate, Kyoto Prefecture
3. Miyajima(Itsukushima), Hiroshima Prefecture

I went to there without Amano-Hashidate, I want to go to there in this year.

Matsushima (松島)

This week again, I've stayed to Sendai city for business.

I went to Sendai from Sunday, and I went to the Matsushima that it is one of the 3 famous beauty spots in Japan. There is a Matsushima about 30 minute by train from Sendai station.

If you go to Sendai city, I recommend to go there. It's very beautiful spot. But this season, it was a little cold.

Ekiben (駅弁)

Ekiben (駅弁) is a railway boxes meal. It sells on a station. Sendai is famous for ox tongue(牛タン). So there is a "ox tongue ekiben" I ate it, it's very good.

Sendai

I went to Sendai city for a business. I took a Shinkansen. The picture bellow took at Tokyo station.

There was a work from Monday, but I went to there on Sunday.

Passport

I took my passport a decade ago.

Yesterday, I went to renewed it because it's set to expire August. For now, I don't have a schedule of abroad. But I want to go.

Last Sunday, I was up all night writing a report, after a long time.

It was physically demanding.

I need a report of corporate finance by tomorrow. I really struggle with it. But I've understanded a little bit at a time and I am catching on it.

Maybe, I am up all night writing my report today...

Basketball

I joined a basketball team of my company last Friday. I played it after a long time. I was so tired, but it made me a refreshing change of pace.

I was nervous condition, because I have a report at school until the end of February.

North Thailand

My friend went to North Thailand, maybe Chiang Mai. The pictures below is it. It's very nice.

Opportunity annoucement

There is a opportunity announcement of oversea division in my company. I put in it and I went to interview last Friday.

I guess that interviewers were had good impression that I'm learning a business. At the same time, they were concern that I need a lot of time to learn.

Right now, I think that school is my top priority. So I told them about it.

The results should be back in this month.

Strong yen

The yen is monetary unit for Japan, that is very strong now.

The strong yen eats into profit of manufacturing business in Japan such as Toyota, Canon. So Japanese have bad impression for it.

But there is a good point.
I made loans by kiva. A years ago, One loan is about 3,000 yen, but now about 2,400 yen.
If I have a 10,000yen,
a year ago is 3 loans.
now is 4 loans.

Now is opportune time to contribute in the world.

A Happy New Year.

My co-worker invited me Christmas home party. He is married to British.

I took a real Christmas dishes in first time. Especially the whole roast turkey made me very supply. I very much enjoyed the Christmas dinner.

I went to school for screening.

A professor told about his business promotion. I was impressed it.

I went out with other department member in my company. They are optics designers. I don't know almost peoples for the first time. So I told them about interesting story.

I bought a class book that it's the Principles of Corporate Finance at Amazon. Of course, it was translated Japanese. But I bought another one in English. I want to learning it in English.

Last week, Thai engineer came to Japan for a business. When I go to Thailand, He takes me out for a dinner every time.

Time Management

I guess that time management is very important.

I go to work and school. My school is on the web. So moving time is nothing.
But it needs to study a lot of time.

Almost all classmate have a job and maybe they are very busy for work. But they join with a good discussion everyday on the web. Why do they join it everyday?

At first I think that they have a lot of knowledge and experience, because they are older than me.
But I was wrong. If there is good knowledge, they say high level things. We search and think new things, we do the same things.

My friend wedding

I went to wedding. I met him at high school. He'd been always smartly dressed. So, this wedding was very nice atmosphere restaurant.

When we were students, I went to trip with him and other friend to Las Vegas, Hawaii and whatnot.
It was good memories.
