When I went to the gym the day after last week, I had sore muscles. So, I decided skipping going to the gym.
I rode the bike for 7km and lifted weights a little. I felt refreshed in spirit!! Maybe, I'm going to go to the gym next week.

when we have sore muscles, we have to keep moving them. because, if we stop moving, muscles will grow. anyway, you refreshed finally. I would like to give you a good thing. to refresh is good for our body. for example, crying, having gourmet food. when we cry, stress is release. when we have gourmet food, hormones are release into the body that make you feel good.
