Recently I played it for the first time. It is interesting. I think that this board game have a good points. It can change our thinking about a debt. Because, we go into debt for bear cash flow in this game. Japanese have a heavy debt for a mortgage. But we usually do not have a debt for investment. So I do not understand a difference good debt and bad debt. This game teach me that.
You know, now is a bad time for real-estate investment... The Chart below is the new housing units started in U.S. It do not stop falling.
