My kindle couldn't charge the battery.
When connected to a power source with the power adapter or USB port, my kindle didn't turn up.
I contacted amazon a few times by e-mail. And they request me call.
Next day I called them but I didn't understand what they're saying for English...
Eventually it's recovered, I tried to charge again a few days later. I did't know what is problem. I wait and see how things go.

My cousin's Kindle stopped working after a few months. She called them, and then mailed her Kindle to Amazon. They sent her a replacement Kindle. It arrived in a few days.
Does your Kindle not charge? Or does it not turn on anymore?
