My friend who is working at Nikon told me about  red-dot design award because some products have been awarded by it design 2011. Corporate announcement is here.

By the way, the award was chosen  by thirty jurors. Two of the thirty were Japanese; Ken Okuyama and Katsutoshi Ishibashi.
